Na de wereldhit CATCH & RELEASE dropte Matt Simons vorige maand de nieuwe single en Hitzound Smash LOSE CONTROL. Dieze track is afkomstig van het mini-album ‘When The Lights Go Down’ dat vanaf vrijdag beschikbaar is op alle digitale kanalen. Op ‘When The Lights Go Down’ staan vijf nieuwe tracks die inhoudelijk nogal verschillen van de songs op het album ‘Catch & Release’. Matt meldt : “Whereas ‘Catch & Release’ is about self-introspection and self-awareness, ‘Lose Control’ is about letting your inhibitions go and connecting with another person. It’s in that tropical house lane, but it takes another step forward.” Matt Simons geeft drie concerten in Nederland: vanavond Oosterpoort (Groningen), op 7 oktober in 013 (Tilburg) en op 9 oktober in TivoliVredenburg (Utrecht).
