Op 16 februari 2024 verschijnt ‘The Glorification of Sadness’, het zesde studioalbum van Paloma Faith. Voor nu heeft de Britse singer-songwriter de tweede singel van het album uitgebracht: ‘Bad Woman’. Eerder verscheen al ‘How You Leave A Man’. Haar nieuwe track is bedoeld als ‘power anthem’, vertelt Paloma: “The pressure to conform or risk being labelled ‘incompetent’ or a ‘bad woman’ can be overwhelming. My hope is that women embrace their authenticity, feel comfortable in their own skin, and understand that imperfection is a part of being human.” Paloma Faith sleept met ‘Bad woman’, waar ook een stemmig koor aan meewerkt, de Record of the Week binnengesleept op BBC Radio 2.
