‘Serotonin’ is de eerste single van het nieuwe album van Tom Walker, dat later dit jaar wordt verwacht. Tom schreef het nummer samen met onder meer Gez O’Conell, die ook Dua Lipa’s Hotter Than Hell schreef. Tom vertelt hoe Serotonin ontstond: “Before the pandemic I spent four years chasing a serotonin hit, and that last gig that made me feel on top of the world. The last epic night out. It’s not sustainable though – you can’t wake up happy every day and you can’t have the sun without the rain. You have to find joy in the little things and learn to appreciate them day to day.”
Tom Walker heeft inmiddels drie miljard streams en twee miljoen albumsales op zijn naam staan. In 2019 bracht bij zijn platina debuutalbum ‘What A Time To Be Alive’ uit, met daarop onder meer zijn grootste hits ‘Leave A Light On’ en ‘Just You And I’.
