In de jaren tachtig was Orchestral Manouvres In The Dark zeer succesvol. Maar de Britse band uit Liverpool met Andy McCluskey en Paul Humphreys is dit jaar weer helemaal terug! De mannen brachten onlangs al ‘Bauhaus staircase’ en ‘Slow train’ uit als voorproefje van wat hun 14e album moet gaan worden. Vandaag volgt de 3e singel van de plaat: ‘Veruschka’. Over het 12-songs tellende album ‘Bauhaus staircase’, dat op 27 oktober uitkomt, zegt Andy: “I’m very happy with what we’ve done on this record. I’m comfortable if this is OMD’s last statement.”
