White Lies deelt hun nieuwe single ‘Falling Out Without Me’ en die valt hier goed in de smaak! De track volgt o.a. op hun hit ‘Tokyo’, dat eerder dit jaar nummer 1 werd in de TOP 40. Met deze oorwurm zal de Britse band zich zeker hoog weten te nestelen in het jaaroverzicht van 2019. Charles Cave van White Lies licht de single toe:
“Falling Out Without Me follows on the heels of Tokyo and having witnessed how our immersion into pure pop connected with our fanbase, come the summer and a gap in the touring schedule we decided to write and record two new songs. It’s a fairly abstract song about the feeling you’re losing yourself and becoming unhinged. Much like Tokyo, we wanted to write something with a lot of groove and a real ear-worm hook. It’s infectious, this one.” Op 27 november speelt de band in TivoliVredenburg. Yeahhh.
