Trevor Daniel weet voor zijn nieuwste single niemand minder dan Selena Gomez te strikken. Het nummer heet ‘Past life’ is geproduceerd door Finneas, de broer van Billie Elish en afkomstig van het album ‘Nicotine’. Trevor brak in 2018 door met zijn track ‘Falling’, dat viral ging op TikTok,  daardoor een internationale hit werd en intussen miljoenen keren gestreamd is op Spotify en YouTube. Selena Gomez over ‘Past life’:  “When I heard the song the first time, I loved the fact that it was kind of like a story about all the things that we tend to hold onto and the patterns that we have.  And I’m very, very vocal about my personal experiences making decisions that maybe aren’t necessarily healthy for me.”
