Binnenkort zijn ze in Nederland! De Britse band the Heavy staat op zaterdag 21 mei in de Melkweg, Amsterdam. Met hun nieuwe single SINCE YOU BEEN GONE zijn ze single v/d week bij KX Radio. Het nummer is de voorloper van hun vierde album Hurt & The Merciless, dat op 1 april zal verschijnen. Over de nieuwe single SINCE YOU BEEN GONE meldt frontman Kelv Swaby: “It’s about toxicity. Toxicity that is within all of our lives – and how we deal with it.” De video is niet voor niks deels gefilmd in zwart/ wit. De zanger vertelt: “The scenes in black and white represent the memories of good times…gone bad. The scenes in color represent the longing for the high of those times of beauty, magnificence and glory.”
