Deze week nieuw op de playlist van BBC Radio 1 is ‘Oh Caroline’ van The 1975. Het nummer van Matty Healy, Adam Hann, Ross MacDonald en drummer George Daniel is afkomstig van hun laatste album ‘Being Funny In A Foreign Language’. Van deze plaat verscheen eerder o.a. de single ‘I’m in love with you’. Over het album ‘Being funny in a foreign language’ zegt frontman Healy tegenover Rolling Stone UK: “The songs were written, and we went to a studio, and we produced them, and we recorded them. We’ve essentially not done that before, apart from the first album …. I’ve always wanted to make something very, very intimate and something that allows you to be witness to a moment.”
