Vandaag is de lyric video in première gegaan van Lewis Capaldi! De zanger, die momenteel nummer 1 staat in Amerika met ‘Someone You Loved’, dropte de afgelopen week het nummer ‘Before You Go’, dat deze week de Hitzound Smash binnensleepte.
‘Before You Go’ is volgens de Schotse zanger zijn “most personal” song, die hij tot dusver schreef. Hij legt het uit: “The song’s kind of, it comes from a place of … it’s about suicide and it’s about not necessarily the act of it itself obviously, but people after it happens, the aftermath of it and people blaming themselves or starting to think, what could I have done to help that person? Or whatever.” Deze week de gloednieuwe Hitzound Smash! Op 13 februari komt Capaldi naar AFAS Live.
