James Bay kondigt voor aankomende vrijdag zijn nieuwe single aan. “Very excited to share that the next single from the new album is One Life and it’s out this Friday! You’ve already shown this song so much love here on social media and on tour the last few weeks so I can’t wait to share the official version with you”, schrijft de zanger. De track ‘One life’ volgt op ‘Give me the reason’, een eerder voorproefje van zijn nieuwe plaat. Bay brak in 2014 door met zijn wereldwijde hits ‘Hold Back The River’ en ‘Let it Go’, afkomstig van het in Nederland met platina bekroonde album ‘Chaos And The Calm’ uit 2015. Daarop volgde in 2018 ‘Electric Light’, verraste hij in 2020 met ‘Chew On My Heart’ en werkte hij samen met Alesso en Marshmello aan het nummer ‘Chasing Stars’.
