Hozier is terug met een nieuwe singel! En reken maar dat ‘Too sweet’ internationaal goed is ontvangen: zo debuteert de track op nummer 2 in de Amerikaanse Billboard chart. De singel staat op zijn nieuwe EP ‘Unheard’. Hozier plaatste een teaser op TikTok met een snelle schets van een koffiedrinkend, kettingrokend skelet, dat het door zijn koptelefoon pompte. “It’s my pleasure to share more work from the Unreal Unearth album sessions,” aldus de muzikant in een statement over zijn nieuwe EP.
“These are songs that might’ve made it to the circles of gluttony, limbo, violence, and the outward ‘ascent,’ respectively, but could not for different reasons. I’m very glad I get to share them with you now. I hope you enjoy these new songs and I look forward to perhaps seeing you at an upcoming show soon!”
