I wanted to release Alright first because it’s the most out-there song I have written, it’s nothing like the rest. It’s slow, horror-y, electronic and it challenges the listener. Bands and artists usually keep it pretty safe with their first releases but I wanted to take a risk knowing not everyone’s going to get it immediately”.
