Na vier jaar afwezigheid is zangeres Birdy terug met nieuwe muziek! Op 6 november komt haar EP ‘Piano sketches’ uit, waarvan het ingetogen ‘If this is now’ de single is. Vandaag verschijnt de lyric video van de track, dat gaat over een ex geliefde, waarvan Birdy hooptdat hij niet op een slechte manier terugdenkt aan haar. De EP ‘Piano Sketches’ is de eerste nieuwe muziek die Birdy uitbrengt na het in 2016 verschenen album ‘Beautiful Lies’. De EP zal bestaan uit vier nummers die ze zelf geschreven en geproduceerd heeft.
Birdy: “I’ve spent the last few years recording a new album coming next year which I’m super-excited to share. I wrote a load of music I’m so proud of that might not normally have seen the light of day – I’ll be releasing the tracks stripped back over the coming months ahead of the album.”
