Beth Hart is still alive. Op 14 oktober brengt de voor een Grammy genomineerde singer-songwriter een nieuw album uit. De plaat heet “Fire On The Floor” en komt uit via Provogue/Mascot Label Group. Beth Hart’s carrière beslaat inmiddels zo’n 20 jaar. Eén van haar hoogtepunten was recent de nummer 1 positie voor haar album “Better Than Home”(2015). Over de plaat, die ze opnam met producer Oliver Leiber, meldt Beth: “We recorded sixteen songs in three days, but then we spent a long time mixing. Oliver is a brutally hard-working person, but he’s also incredibly sensitive and that combination works so great. He’s strong and focused, but still so vulnerable, and his heart is wide open. I’m so proud of what he did on this record.” Van de plaat verschijnt LOVE IS A LIE op single. Op 26 november speelt Beth Hart in de Heineken Music Hall.
