Nieuwe muziek van Albin Lee Meldau! De 36-jarige Zweedse zanger dropt vandaag zijn singel ‘Elvis, I love you’. De release volgt op ‘Hold your head up’, een duet met Savoretti van vorig jaar. Albin schreef en produceerde de nieuwe singel met de Grammy / Ivor Novello-winnaar Eg White (Adele,Florence + The Machine). Over ‘Elvis, I love you’ zegt Albin: “The song is based on a bit of a weird lyric idea that and Eg wrote one morning. I was incredibly tired of the fact that everything comes second in life to the so-called pursuit of “the dream”. We are told all these things that we should do to “make it” — even things like bleaching my teeth, and it is easy to come across as an insecure, unhappy idiot.”
