Nothing But Thieves – Impossible

In aanloop naar hun derde album ‘Moral Panic’, heeft Nothing But Thieves hun nieuwe single ‘Impossible’ uitgebracht. Een rockballad ditmaal, met dromerige gitaar, dat zeker bij 3FM in de smaak viel: het werd al uitgeroepen tot Megahit.  Van ‘Moral Panic’, dat verschijnt op 23 oktober, verschenen eerder al de singles ‘Is Everybody Going Crazy?’,  ‘Real Love Song’ en ‘Unperson’. In een statement zegt de band over de nieuwe single: “In a way ‘Impossible’ is the complete antithesis of everything else on the album, which has a lot of anxiety and confusion about what’s happening on this planet. This became the opposite, zooming into one person’s head, just being lifted up and transported by a feeling of possibility and hope. It was a moment of relief that both we and the album needed.” De video gaat vandaag om 18.00 uur in première.
