Muse lanceert morgen nieuwe muziek! Op 21 juli komt hun single ‘Kill or be killed’ uit. De track is de opvolger van ‘Will Of The People’; de titelsong van hun 9e album. Je kent nog twee songs van de plaat: ‘Compliance’ en ‘Won’t Stand Down’. Zoals van de band te verwachten is, zal er op het album een uitgedokterde mix van verschillende stijlen en genres te horen zijn. Het album ‘Will Of The People’ is geproduceerd door Muse, meervoudig Grammy Award-winnaar Serban Ghene, Dan Lancaster en Aleks von Korff.
Muse: “Will Of The People was created in Los Angeles and London and is influenced by the increasing uncertainty and instability in the world. A pandemic, new wars in Europe, massive protests & riots, an attempted insurrection, Western democracy wavering, rising authoritarianism, wildfires and natural disasters and the destabilization of the global order all informed Will Of The People. It has been a worrying and scary time for all of us as the Western empire and the natural world, which have cradled us for so long are genuinely threatened. This album is a personal navigation through those fears and preparation for what comes next.” De nieuwe plaat verschijnt op 26 augustus.
