‘Time Of Our Live’ is de nieuwe single van Jef Lynne` s ELO. Het is de tweede single van zijn aankomende album ‘From Out of Nowhere’, de eerste nieuwe plaat sinds 2015. ELO werd in 1971 in Birmingham opgericht door Roy Wood, Jeff Lynne en Bev Bevan en kwam voort uit The Move. De band gebruikte instrumenten als de cello en de viool om een meer klassiek geluid te krijgen. John Lennon beweerde ooit, dat als The Beatles in 1970 waren doorgegaan, ze waarschijnlijk zouden klinken als de ELO!
Over het nieuwe album vertelt Jeff Lynne aan BBC Radio 2: “When I wrote it… that’s where it came from: out of nowhere. I [had] just started writing songs for the new album and that was the first one I wrote. It came to me from quickly. Sometimes you can get stuck with words or on lots of different bits or the chorus isn’t quite right. Loads of things can go astray. There’s a bit of hope and optimism in there.”
