Jax Jones pakt deze week de Topschijf in België met ‘Whistle’. Voor de track werkt de DJ en producer samen met Calum Scott. “2023 will be a busy year for me; Whistle is just the start,” aldus Jax Jones. “I’m pleased I get to kick things off with a collab from Calum. His vocals are outstanding and bring so much class and emotion to Whistle.” Jones is vooral bekend vanwege zijn single You Don’t Know Me (2016) met zangeres Raye, Instruction (2017) met zangeres Demi Lovato en rapper Stefflon Don, en het nummer I Got U (2014) met DJ Duke Dumont. Ook Calum wil nog wat kwijt over de nieuwe single ‘Whistle’: “So happy to be collaborating with Jax on this record! I remember hearing an early demo of Whistle and immediately wanted in with the boys to finish the song and record a vocal!”
