De Amerikaanse zanger, die in de zeroes doorbrak met ‘I don’t wanna be’, is terug met een nieuwe single. ‘Face the river’ heet het persoonlijke nummer, dat tevens de titeltrack is van zijn album, die verwacht wordt op 20 mei. “This album is dedicated to my parents,” legt Gavin uit, “They were my heroes. It was their love story, their sacrifices, and their guidance that shaped this music.” Gavin stond voor j=het laatst in de Nederlandse charts met ‘Fire’ in 2014.
