CHVRCHES – Good Girls

Terwijl ‘How not to drown’ van CHVRCHES (met legende Robert Smith van The Cure) al bijna genoteerd staat in de top 10, is het tijd voor nieuwe muziek!  De Schotse band lanceert zojuist de single ‘Good girls’. Beide synthpop songs staan op het aankomende album ‘Screen violence’, die op 27 augustus gaat uitkomen. Frontvrouw Lauren Mayberry over het nieuwe album: “I think for me it was helpful to go into the process with the idea that I could write something escapist almost. That felt freeing initially, to have concepts and stories to weave your own feelings and experiences through but in the end, all the lyrics were definitely still personal.”
