Bastille – Wild World (teaser)

De Brits band Bastille is back! De band onthuld enkele details rondom hun tweede studioalbum. Het is de opvolger van “Bad Blood” (2013), dat een aantal grote hits heeft opgeleverd zoals POMPEII. De nieuwe plaat krijgt de naam “Wild World”. De band meldt over het album: “It focuses in on the human condition. While some songs tackle how we endlessly absorb the horrors of the world through media outlets and television sets, or our newfound fascination for true crime, it also explores our innate need for relationships and human connection.” Bastille bestaat uit Smith, Chris ‘Woody’ Wood, Kyle Simmons en Will Farquarson. De band ontleende zijn naam aan de bestorming van de Bastille die plaatsvond op 14 juli, de Franse nationale feestdag, die tevens Dan Smiths verjaardag is. Ze staan getekend bij Virgin Records.
