Na ‘Dead man’ kondigt Alessia Cara opnieuw een voorproefje aan van een nieuwe plaat. De uit Canada afkomstige zangeres brengt op maandag 21 oktober haar nieuwe singel (Isn’t It) ‘Obvious’ uit. Op Instagram meldt Alessia Cara: “I’ve spent the last little while travelling, writing, recording, and creating a lot of things I’m incredibly proud of. this song is one of them. Cannot wait for you to hear it in full (along with the entire album!)” Haar grootste hit ‘Scars to your beautiful’ haalde in Nederland in 2016 de top tien.
