The Lumineers zijn terug en hoe! De band heeft de single “Scotland” uitgebracht. Het nummer is afkomstig van hun nieuwe EP “C-Sides”. De single is de themasong voor de aankomende TV serie Mary, Queen of Scots. Wesley Schultz van The Lumineers recalls: “In the long pursuit of music, I remember working at a coffee shop, deli and restaurant to make the ends meet. The song was born out of this feeling that the world, the people around you, will often just not understand you: ‘You could/never/feel my story/it’s all you know.’ It became a rally cry to try to persevere – ‘I will not fold/she’s in control.’” ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐
