Pale Waves dropt een nieuwe goth-pop jam! “Black” heet hun nieuwe single. Ken je deze band uit het Britse Manchester al? Zo niet: dat zal snel gebeuren, want deze band staat op het punt om internationaal door te breken. Het viertal eindigde eerder dit jaar nog op de vijfde plek in de BBC Sound of 2018-lijst. De eighties en de nineties zijn de inspiratiebron van Pale Waves: “My mom is a massive fan of The Cure. She introduced me to them.
